CQC is always a good simple way to go. there are a lot of close quarter combat fighting moves and styles that can help you in a sticky situation.
Judo is a powerful for self defense, and it would also keep you in great shape!

lmaos – interesting
I don’t know much about fighting techniques – but doing strength training will definately pack more power in your attacks – so I’ll reccommend them.

You will grow out of trying to beat people up. I was the same way, I wanted to beat everyone up when I was in High School. Now I’m 25 and I don’t feel that way anymore.
