Hi.
Your best bet is to join a gym, start weight training. Contrary to popular believe you can also train you endurance while lifting weights.
I suggest this program to you:
Day 1: Chest, shoulders, triceps and abs
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: Back and biceps.
Do 3-6 sets per muscle and try to keep your workouts short, no more than 50 mins.
Train no more than every other day. On your days off from the gym you can jog or undertake some aerobic activity to increase your endurance. Endurance training can also be done in the gym by increasing the number of reps you do in a set, aim for 12-15 with short rest intervals between sets (maybe 20-40 secs).
Any progress is whole dependent on a good balanced diet:

Good luck!

if you can afford it, get a personal trainer. if you can’t affordd that, get any health magazine and get a close friend to coach you! till you one of those you can, byyourselff, read health magazines and jog up to 5 miles a day. Music can help you.rememberr to breath out hard. 10 push ups everyday. always stretch before and after a work out!!! good luck.
