    Move yourself more, use stairs instead of elevators, walk the dog, play sport with friends etc. Go for a walk around the block which you can build up to more area each day. You could try doing some dance workouts. If you have stairs at home try walking up and down them until puffed (step ups). You could also do crunches, sit ups or press ups.
