how long can a person not workout but still maintain his fitness and body?

Well, I guess it depends on what you consider working out. It also depends on how good you are at holding on to muscle, like if you are a mesomorph. I maintain and gain muscle really easily, so to maintain my fitness without "working out", I just have to make sure I’m eating healthy, and I have to flex the muscle groups a few times a week – like, three times a week do a little yoga, or do some walking while flexing my abs, or try to lift more things than usual in my daily life.
Basically, you have to be conscious of the muscle groups you want to maintain, and try to work them a bit in your day to day life. You should still touch it up once a week or so though with a real workout. It depends on your body though; you may be able to go longer, or less time. Muscles have memory though, so if they start to diminish, and you work out again, they’ll come back quicker.

with me about 2 weeks then i feel lazy and my body does not look good as im used to regular hard exercise that pushes me
