i am 35 of age now i am thinking some fitness exercisers can i start excercises ?

You may begin exercising now, just do mild exercises at first. Do not push yourself very hard, at first. Keep on adding more strenuous exercises as time goes on.
You are young enough that you will gain your strength back in a short time, but keep exercising your whole life long.
