i really need a good women’s fitness regime?

  1. dont believe the hype… what is good for men is good for women too, especially when it comes to things like weight / strength training. There is no such thing as a "mans" regime… dont ever hesitate to hit the weights.

    somehow women cheat themselves out of doing whats great for them thinking they have to stick to aerobics, yoga, pilates and other somehow "girly" routines so that they will not somehow turn into a man lol

    seriously look for a good exercise routine period. get rid of the idea that there is one for men and one for women.

  2. A good supplement to take is juice plus. It is whole fruits and veggies put in a capsule or gummies. I have the gummies and they taste awesome. I am not sure about the workout. Chin ups are good along with training with a ball like doing sit ups on the ball while holding weights. I belly dance to keep my abs toned. Good luck

    The truth is, is there is no specific workouts that are meant for just women.

    Women do the same thing men do. Muscle is muscle.

    There is a site that has a few routines.. Good Luck!
