I’ve heard ‘kettle bells’ work great for golf physical fitness training. Is there anyone who agrees?

    Yep, they are particularly well suited to targeting the muscles and motions needed for a golfer’s swing.

    Seems like a good idea, but I doubt it provides any specific benefit over certain exercises in the gym.
