I’ve heard ‘kettle bells’ work great for golf physical fitness training. Is there anyone who agrees?

They are nothing more or less than a form of weight training……

Yep, they are particularly well suited to targeting the muscles and motions needed for a golfer’s swing.
There are several modified training aids that I’ve seen for this purpose. Here’s Ernie Els’ "Swing Ball" training aid: http://www.rockbottomgolf.com/ernie-els-golf-swing-ball-training-aid.html
Seems like a good idea, but I doubt it provides any specific benefit over certain exercises in the gym.
