Speed and fitness can both be gained through sprinting exercise.
Shuttle runs, hill sprints and resistance sprinting are your best bets.
Resistance sprinting involved attaching a harness around your waist, getting a team mate to hold onto it, and you sprinting as hard as you can.
Try not to do too much long distance jogging, as this can slow you down, but a good run every now and a gain will help to boost fitness.

Hey boet, I go to one of the best rugby schools in South Africa.
There are so many different things you can do to get bigger and faster and mentally stronger!
