Honestly if your goal is to get fit and slim in a month, it’s not going to work unless all you have to lose is maybe 2-3 pounds.
Set a realistic goal of maybe 2-3 pounds every 10 days or 2 weeks. Don’t deprive yourself of everything. If you want some chips have some chips, but don’t eat the whole bag or half the bag. If you want a pop, make the decision of sacrificing something unhealthy that day for the pop.
Do it in moderation and you’ll get further faster.
