		<description>Machines to me are uncomfortable because it restricts your movements.  When you first start working out they are good to learn the movement correctly but when you know how to do them free weights are the best cause they require you to balance yourself as you do the exercise.  So all machines except the smith and leg press machines feel uncomfortalbe to me.</description>
